Outfit of the Day: Fall family get-together

A couple of weeks ago I got the chance to get together with my whole family to celebrate my younger brother’s new education ventures. It was good to get everyone together, even though it was a short visit, and we took a few pictures while we were there, so I thought I’d do a quick outfit post today.

Brett couldn’t make it that day because of school work (I mentioned here that he is back in classes pursuing his masters degree.), but I wish he could have, because it was beautiful and we’ve been wanting to get a few family photos for our Christmas cards this year. Maybe this weekend will be nice enough to snap a few. :)

Anyway, back to the outfit, I opted for black jeans and brown boots. Mixing neutrals is a favorite trend of mine. On top, a polka dot tank with my yellow sweater – one of my favorites that I wear all the time. I love this fall outfit and must remember to wear it again. I think it could go semi-dressy or casual, and would be great for work.

While we were there, Dania and I got a picture together too. When putting together my birthday post in October, I realized we had literally no recent pictures of the two of us, so we remedied that. This is my new favorite. :)
