Outfit of the Day: Painterly

This thrifted dress is one of my favorites. I found it quite a while ago and it’s still one of my go-to dresses when I want to feel comfortable but put together. I have no idea where it’s originally from, but the lack of any tags and slightly imperfect seems make me think it may be handmade. Which makes me love it even more. Every time  I wear it I feel like a walking canvas. It reminds me of a bit of a Jackson Pollock painting:

I put it on last week thinking I had a client meeting, and then when I realized I was off by a day, I figured I’d just go with it anyway. It’s comfortable enough to wear casual or dressed up.

It’s one of my favorite things to find a thrift store dress that fits perfectly, both in size and personality.
